This Cooks Kit includes: three sachets of spices, a fridge magnet and complete step-by-step instructions to make an authentic Indian dish. This is a classic dish from Goa with a surprising history. It started as a Portuguese stew cooked with vinegar and garlic and was transformed by the Goans into a favourite Indian dish. The Goans added their own blend of spices and chilli with garlic and vinegar to make a spicy cooking paste called vindaloo masala. The end result was a delightfully subtle yet hot and spicy taste that made Indians drool. It is not at all similar to the legendary (blow your mind) style of vindaloo served in restaurants!
